M.A. in Education, University College Dublin.


Anna Callaghan is a lecturer within the School of Home Economics. Anna graduated from St. Angela’s College with a B.Ed in Home Economics and Religious Education and then continued her studies in University College Dublin, obtaining a M.A. in Education.Anna is currently studying a PhD in Educational Research and Development with the University of Lincoln, UK.Anna lecturers across a variety of programmes including;Bachelor of Arts in Home Economics, Professional Masters of Education with Home Economics,Access Home Economics programme and on the M.Ed (Home Economics).


Anna’s research interests include Home Economics; 21st century education; digital learning technologies and ICT in education.
